Depression is the common cold of mental health; it is widespread and we haven't been good at treating it, until now.

Depression has a range of insidious and unpleasant effects including sadness, behavioral apathy, biological aspects including sleep disturbance, cognitive deficits of concentration etc, and an impaired ability to function socially. Little wonder then that it causes such distress. This course covers the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy solutions to depression.
