CBT for Stress and Worry

CBT Plus, with Anxiety.

A 3-day course.)

Stress and worry ruin the lives of thousands of people, and yet there are effective techniques to counteract it.

An increasing number of people have reported feelings of 'stress', often stemming from a particular worry which then generalizes to cover virtually the whole of the person's waking - and sleeping - hours. This effectively wrecks the quality of the person's life, and often of those around them. This course aims to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy solutions to this, including where the stress is 'real'.
